Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided. By engaging services, submitting payment, or approving a proposal, these terms are accepted in full.

Services are provided on a freelance basis and not as part of a corporation or agency.

Scope of Work

All work is defined by a written agreement, proposal, email confirmation, or signed contract prior to the start of a project.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope will require additional approval and may incur additional charges.

Payments

  • Payment terms are defined in the agreed proposal or contract
  • Work does not begin until required payment or deposit is received
  • Late payments may pause work until resolved

No Refund Policy

All payments are final.
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, no refunds are offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Project cancellation
  • Dissatisfaction after work has begun
  • Delays caused by client response time

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback, access, and required materials
  • Reviewing deliverables and requesting revisions within agreed timelines
  • Ensuring all content supplied (logos, images, text, media) is owned or licensed

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Ownership & Rights

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Working files, drafts, and unused concepts remain the creator’s property
  • The right to display completed work in portfolios or promotional materials is retained

No Guarantees

While best practices are followed, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Advertising performance
  • Traffic, leads, or sales outcomes

Results depend on many external factors beyond control.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
If terminated after work has begun, all completed and in-progress work remains billable and no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is.”
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
No responsibility is assumed for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.

Agreement

By proceeding with services, submitting payment, or signing a contract, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
